Compensation: $45,000 base salary + 8–12% commission on every sale, uncapped

We're looking for a driven Sales Representative to grow our commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning business across the Atlanta market. This is a field sales role built for someone who likes getting out, meeting people face to face, and closing business — with uncapped commission on top of a strong base.

Why This Industry

• This isn't a discretionary purchase — kitchen exhaust cleaning is required by fire code (NFPA 96) and mandated by insurance carriers for every commercial kitchen. Restaurants don't get to skip it.

• Because it's required, not optional, the market holds up even when the economy softens

• It's a recurring service — accounts you close typically need cleanings on an ongoing schedule, which means the relationships (and commission opportunities) keep paying off

• Every restaurant, hospital, school, and commercial kitchen in Atlanta is a potential customer — the addressable market is enormous and largely untapped

What You'll Do

• Generate new business across the Atlanta market through outbound prospecting

• Get out in the field — walk into restaurants and commercial kitchens to introduce yourself and pitch our services

• Set up and run meetings with owners, GMs, and facilities managers

• Build and work a list of contacts, following up consistently to move deals forward

• Manage your own pipeline from first contact through signed contract

• Educate prospects on the compliance requirement and the value/risk of not staying current

• Hand off new accounts cleanly to our operations team for onboarding

What We're Looking For

• A self-starter who's comfortable with face-to-face, in-person selling (cold walk-ins included)

• Strong communicator who can build rapport quickly and handle objections

• Competitive, resilient, and motivated by uncapped earning potential

• Prior outside sales or B2B sales experience preferred

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Comfortable managing your own schedule and pipeline with minimal oversight

Compensation & Perks

• $45,000 base salary

• 8–12% commission on every sale, uncapped

• Year 1 potential earnings: $75,000–$85,000+

• Year 2+ potential earnings: $100,000+
