Human Resources Generalist

LHH is seeking an Human Resources Generalist to support a manufacturing client in Kernersville. This role will be onsite M-F 8-5 and will be permanent with full benefits paying $65-80k depending on experience. HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing environment required to be eligible for this role! Bilingual in Spanish a plus. Key Responsibilities Support employee relations, investigations, performance management, and policy interpretation. Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for hourly and salaried positions. Administer benefits, leave programs, and workers' compensation processes. Maintain HRIS records, employee data, and HR reporting. Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR best practices. Partner with leadership on employee engagement, retention, training, and workforce planning. Qualifications 3+ years of HR Generalist experience. Experience in employee relations, recruiting, benefits, and compliance. HRIS experience required; ADP Workforce Now is a plus. Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and employment law. Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial experience preferred. Bachelor's degree and/or HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
