Pay & Compensation Elite OTR Drivers earn $1,900+ per week , with six-figure annual earning potential. Your compensation includes: $233 per day base pay $50 per additional stop Drivers average approximately 4 paid stops per week (approximately $200 additional weekly Paid detention Vacation pay at your daily rate OTR resets paid at your full daily rate whenever applicable Performance Bonuses Elite drivers have the opportunity to earn additional weekly incentives for maintaining top performance. $25 MPG Incentive $25 Motive Safety Incentive $25 Service Incentive To qualify, drivers must maintain: 7.7+ MPG Motive Safety Score of 90 or higher 95% or higher service score Premium Freight & Schedule Elite OTR Drivers haul some of WEL's strongest freight. Primarily 500+ mile refrigerated freight Premium long-haul freight network Minimum 7 days out Flexible unpaid home time Assigned Elite freight designed to maximize productivity and earnings Drivers are expected to remain committed to their assigned Elite freight unless a legitimate safety concern exists.
