- # Commercial Loan Operations SpecialistApply: Fort Myers, FL: Full time: Posted Today: REQ-2026-6926**About this position:**The Commercial Loan Operations Specialist role is responsible for performing a variety of routine and non-routine daily loan operations activities, documentation preparation, and follow-up of commercial loans.**What you'll do:*** Performs day-to-day loan operations functions for all lending transactions booked by the Commercial Loan Operations Department.* Interact closely with loan processors and lenders.* Responsible for booking loans in Silverlake system.* Prepare and file UCC Continuations.* Maintain insurance tracking – Communication with members & insurance agents for policy coverage on loan renewals.* Escrow monitoring and order tax service contracts.* Handle general Member inquires, both external and internal.
