This role sits at the intersection of platform strategy, conversational AI, governance, and enterprise-scale execution. The ideal candidate will help define platform capabilities that support both internal workflow automation and external agent experiences across the company’s digital ecosystem. Responsibilities Drive platform vision, strategy, and execution for scalable, compliant, and observable agent operations Balance internal workflow automation needs with external, cross-surface agent management requirements across Adobe properties Define platform capabilities, APIs, governance models, and operational frameworks Translate business objectives into technical platform roadmaps and product requirementsPartner closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver platform initiatives Establish metrics and experimentation frameworks to optimize performance, quality, and cost efficiency Support platform scalability, observability, privacy, and compliance requirements Lead roadmap planning and execution for AI agent platform capabilities Required Qualifications 6+ years of Product Management experience 3+ years focused on conversational AI, AI agents, or agent platforms Strong platform product management background supporting APIs, multi-tenant services, governance, and observability Experience delivering products in both B2B and B2C environments Technical understanding of: Large Language Models (LLMs) Agent architectures Agent Harness frameworks A2A protocol MCP and Skills frameworks Retrieval and grounding techniques Evaluation frameworks API design Data privacy and governance System integrations Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive roadmap execution Metrics-driven mindset with experience evaluating cost, performance, and product outcomes Compensation Pay Rate: $77.46 per hour Requisition ID: 37270754 #J-18808-Ljbffr
