Job Title: OR Tech First Assistant

Must-Have:
- Experience in a Level 3 Trauma Center
- Knowledge in Ortho, Spine, Neuro, and Podiatry procedures
- Proficiency in robotics and spinal surgery


Description:
This position requires privileging process prior to start.
The process typically takes approximately 90 to 120 days to complete.
Candidate must complete the privileging process prior to starting the role.
Schedule contains weekdays only.
The patient population includes adults to geriatrics.
Experience in trauma orthopedics and familiarity with specific surgical vendors is preferred.
The position supports various surgical specialties, including but not limited to general, vascular, and colorectal surgeries.
Experience with robotic systems and spine procedures is required.
The daily case volume ranges from 22 to 30, across seven operating rooms.
Weekend coverage includes a small in-house team with on-call support.
Call requirements average four shifts per six weeks with a 30-minute response time.
Travelers may be expected to work major holidays based on assignment periods and scheduling needs.
Compliance is essential for timely onboarding.
All compliance documents must be submitted promptly to start on time.
Candidates will undergo clinical screening to determine fit for the role.
Local candidates will be accepted at the same rate.
