The Cognitive CXO Product Suite encodes decades of managed care expertise into focused analytical domains organized around the disciplines executives navigate daily — cost of care, provider contracting, emerging threats, and policy impact — each backed by its own isolated, domain-specific knowledge base. It compresses analysis that traditionally takes weeks into minutes, surfacing insights existing tools miss: provider panel consolidation driving rate extraction, structural breaks from unmonitored policy changes, and billing intensity patterns invisible at the aggregate level. Rather than generic AI pattern matching or another dashboard, it functions as an analytical operating layer that reflects how experienced managed care executives actually think about complex problems. The result is a system that sees what the organization's current tools cannot, explains why it's happening, and pinpoints exactly where to intervene.Role OverviewAs a Director of Product Management, you will serve as the product lead for the Cognitive CXO Product Suite, an analytical technology enabled service that encodes decades of managed care expertise into focused analytical domains spanning cost of care, provider contracting, emerging threats, and policy impact. Each domain delivers the kind of deep, executive-grade analysis that compresses weeks of traditional work into minutes and surfaces insights existing tools cannot see.You will work directly with internal and external stakeholders to define product direction, prioritizing development efforts, and ensuring successful go-to-market execution across the full product lifecycle, from concept and market research through design, development, and launch. This role demands close partnership with subject matter experts to translate seasoned managed care thinking into curated knowledge bases, while working cross-functionally with data science, engineering, sales, marketing, implementation, and customer success to bring differentiated, AI-powered capabilities to both commercial and government customers.This is a high-impact role for someone who can shape Cogitativo's Cognitive CXO Product Suite roadmap and define a new category that goes beyond dashboards to fundamentally change how payer and health system executives understand and act on their most critical cost, contracting, and policy challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and take ownership of defining and communicating product direction as well as managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, including definition, development, and launch of new capabilities as well as serve as the primary evangelist internally and externally for the Cognitive CXO Product Suite.Own and evolve the product roadmap based on market opportunities and trends, customer insights, executive user feedback, and strategic corporate priorities.Conduct in-depth market and user research — including direct engagement with CFOs, CMOs, and other senior executives — to define product opportunities, sharpen competitive positioning, and identify new analytical domains to bring into the suite.Translate complex managed care challenges and executive workflows into clear, actionable product requirements, and partner with engineering, data science, and subject matter experts to execute in an Agile environment.Leverage Claude Code and similar AI-assisted development tools to rapidly prototype concepts, validate product ideas, and accelerate design iteration alongside engineering and data science partners.Drive go-to-market planning in collaboration with marketing, sales, implementation, and customer success teams, with particular attention to positioning the suite as an analytical operating layer rather than another dashboard.Serve as a product evangelist internally and externally, shaping the narrative around the Cognitive CXO category, driving market awareness, and enabling adoption among payer and health system leadership.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product strategy, delivery timelines, and value propositions across both commercial and government customer segments.Support customer engagements, including executive briefings, sales presentations, and strategic planning sessions with senior payer and provider leadership.Develop business cases and performance forecasts to guide investment decisions, prioritize new analytical domains, and track measurable customer impact.Qualifications7 to 10 years of product management or closely related experience with a proven track record of success in the healthcare space.Proven success leading complex product initiatives from concept through launch and scale, ideally including products that defined a new category or displaced legacy analytical tools.Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare landscape, including managed care economics, payer and health system operational workflows, provider contracting dynamics, and the analytical and reporting tools executives rely on today.Experience with AI/ML-enabled solutions and a working understanding of how curated knowledge bases, retrieval-based systems, or domain-specific reasoning architectures differ from generic AI applications.Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted development tools for rapid prototyping, design iteration, and product exploration a must.Demonstrated ability to partner closely with subject matter experts to translate deep domain expertise into structured product capabilities.Exposure to or experience with government payers (e.g., CMS, VA, DHA) is a strong plus.Strong business acumen with the ability to build and articulate a compelling product vision, roadmap, and category narrative.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven experience influencing and presenting to C-suite stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams — spanning engineering, data science, design, and domain experts — in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Agile product development methodologies and tools.Skilled at navigating ambiguity and bringing clarity in fast-paced, high-stakes environments to drive meaningful, measurable impact.Why Join Cogitativo?At Cogitativo, you'll be part of a mission-driven team using cutting-edge data science to solve some of healthcare's most complex problems. xhyhwjd You'll help shape products that improve affordability, access, and outcomes for millions of people, and work alongside leaders who value innovation, integrity, and impact.
