Premiere Provisions in Big Rapids, MI is looking for one assistant general manager to join our 17 person strong team. We are located on 840 Clark St Ste 1. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged. OPEN AVAILABILITY NEEDED Schedule Mon-Fri 1pm-9pm. May need to cover other shifts, thus open availability needed. Responsibilities Oversee daily business operations Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed Maintain excellent customer service standards Manage profit and loss figures Qualifications Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused workplace Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize We are looking forward to hearing from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
