Pharmacy Careers is seeking a Formulary Management Pharmacist to influence therapy access at scale. You will evaluate new drug products for formulary inclusion, analyze economic data, and support P&T committee decisions in a hybrid/remote-friendly environment. The role offers intellectual challenge and growth, with collaboration across managed care, PBM, and health-plan teams. You will update formulary lists and provide clinical support for utilization management and prior-authorization criteria. #J-18808-Ljbffr
