Job Title: Med/Surg RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical Duration: Full-Time Shift: Rapid Admission Unit Hours per Shift: N/A Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty License: Current Nursing License Certifications: Relevant Certification Card Must-Have: - Work history/resume with no gaps greater than 60 days - Skills checklist - References - Nursys license verification Description: This position is within a rapid admission unit. The focus is on general medical and surgical patients awaiting procedures. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and work independently. Patient loads will turn over faster than in a typical medical/surgical unit. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 5-6:1. We are seeking individuals with a minimum of two years of experience in the specialty. All demographic information must be provided in the profile, including a badge-appropriate picture.
