Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals. Deliver direct therapy using evidence-based techniques in the clinical setting. Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Accurately document evaluations, progress, and treatment outcomes in a timely manner. Modify treatment plans as needed to support ongoing patient progress. Engage in professional development and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment. Requirements Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current or eligible for Wyoming state SLP licensure. Demonstrated clinical judgment with excellent communication and professional skills.
