About the Role We’re looking for a Recruiter‑Level 1 on behalf of our client. This is a 4‑month W‑2 contract assignment. You are an experienced Recruiter who thrives on the challenge of finding hard‑to‑find talent and building trusted relationships. In this role, you’ll manage full‑cycle recruitment across a variety of positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top talent. You’ll own everything from sourcing and screening to closing candidates—all while creating a positive, seamless experience for everyone involved. The position is based in Juno Beach, 5 days per week. Location Juno Beach, FL 033408 Key Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle recruitment for mid‑level positions, from intake through offer Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing plans Source candidates using advanced techniques (Boolean search, social media, referrals) Screen candidates for technical fit Facilitate structured interviews and ensure consistent evaluations Track metrics (time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness) and adjust strategies accordingly Negotiate offers aligned with market data and candidate expectations Source talent broadly and support hiring practices that ensure a diverse and productive workforce Contribute to employer brand through job postings and social engagement Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree 1+ years of experience, ideally at agency and corporate level Passion for sourcing and a proven ability to find and engage hard‑to‑reach talent Strong relationship‑building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and peers Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems) Compensation Base hourly rate: $32.00‑$37.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications and skills.
