Your future role at a glance Location: Waverly, TN Facility: Saint Thomas Three Rivers Specialty: Rural Health Clinic Schedule: PRN | Days How you'll make an impact in this role Facilitate holistic patient assessments to identify immediate needs and ensure a personalized, effective care plan is established from the start. Deliver precise clinical treatments and medications, vigilantly monitoring for adverse reactions to guarantee patient safety and comfort throughout their stay. Perform essential diagnostic lab tests and therapeutic services that provide the clinical team with the critical data needed for timely medical decisions. Empower patients and families through education, translating complex treatment plans into clear self-care instructions to ensure a successful recovery after discharge. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. What additional requirements you'll need Must be willing to work Monday-Friday 7am-5pm for 10-20 hrs month as needed.
