Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custom Seal Material Handler to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for coordinating materials, supporting secondary production operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring completed orders meet quality and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, can accurately measure materials and finished parts, and is committed to following safety and quality procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creation of Manufacturing Orders from M3
• Material staging according to the prioritization of the daily production schedule.
• Perform secondary assembly functions, i.e. deburring, O-ring assembly, split, etc.
• Adjust materials used in Infor.
• Quality inspect finished parts
• Close out work order and print label for each component
• KIT all components in finished kit where applicable
• Cycle count weekly and document discrepancy's
• Cut any incoming billets to 6" length as needed
• Adhere to safety procedures and systems.
• Follow quality manual procedures and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous manufacturing, material handling, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and material handling procedures.
• Ability to use calipers and other measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Schedule & Pay

Pay: $18.00/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Shift: 1st Shift
