• Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) is REQUIRED; Cannot be a Medical Assistant-Registered (MA-R), Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist (MA-P), or Medical Assistant-Hemodialysis Technician (MA-HT).
• This position is open to LOCAL candidates ONLY (within 50 miles of clinic). Candidates must hold a valid WA MA license.

HIGHLIGHTS

• About: PacMed 65+ Health Center is a primary care model (clinic within a clinic) serving our elderly patients (age 62 and up), we are starting with 2 clinicians, and will need 2 MAs (standard MA workflow, working to the top of their scope) to help support the program. Value-based care, team model, goal is to minimize hospital admits/emergency department utilization for our complex patients.
• Candidates MUST demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, as this role requires frequent coordination with outside facilities and physicians regarding patient care and information.
