Salary: $60,000 – $90,000

Payroll & Benefits Specialist Responsibilities:
• Process payroll for approximately 165 employees, primarily in Massachusetts
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist with enrollments, changes, and employee questions
• Accurately process monthly commissions, bonuses, and incentive payments
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Support payroll reporting, audits, and special HR projects
Payroll & Benefits Specialist Qualifications:
• 3+ years of payroll experience
• ADP Workforce Now experience preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage confidential information and multiple priorities effectively
