✨ Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based primary and family healthcare.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat common illnesses and health conditions.
• ❤️ Deliver preventive screenings, wellness counseling, and chronic disease management.
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with clinical care teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Manage patient appointments, clinical documentation, and follow-up care.
• Assist with clinic operations, inventory, insurance verification, and patient payments.
• Travel between assigned MinuteClinic locations to provide float coverage as needed.

✅ Required Qualifications

• Master's degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current national board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Nurse Practitioner experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care — REQUIRED.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) .
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to practice autonomously and work effectively within a collaborative clinical team.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare technology.
• Willingness to travel between assigned clinic locations.

️ Schedule & Work Requirements

• Approximately 20–40 hours per week.
• Full-time, part-time, or PRN availability may be considered; please specify your availability on your resume.
• Weekdays: 8:30 AM–7:30 PM.
• Saturdays: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM.
• Sundays: 9:00 AM–4:30 PM.
• Weekend availability is required, typically three out of every six weekends.
• Possible holiday rotations.
• This is a safety-sensitive, patient-facing position.
