Woodbine Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center – Respiratory Therapist Pay Rate: $45-$55 an hour Available Shifts: 8‑hour shifts:

7 AM – 3 PM

3 PM – 11 PM

11 PM – 7 AM

12‑hour shifts:

7 AM – 7 PM

7 PM – 7 AM

Shift Differentials:

• 1 for Evening and night shifts on Weekdays
• 3 for Evening and night shifts on Weekends

No Frills Program for Full‑Time Employees: If you opt for no benefits, you’ll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay. Earn more by combining shift differentials with no benefits and proof of your own insurance. Responsibilities Perform chest examinations on a range of patients Consult with doctors and other healthcare staff to develop and modify patient treatment plans Provide detailed therapy, requiring significant independent judgment Perform exams and diagnostic tests measuring lung capacity and blood acidity/alkalinity Treat patients using oxygen or oxygen mixtures, aerosol medications, and chest physiotherapy Connect the patient who can't breathe to a ventilator Educate patients and families on how to use equipment and medications Regularly monitor both patients and equipment 3 years' experience Qualifications Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care Current state licensure Experience with Trach Care and Ventilator Management in a skilled nursing home, LTACH, or hospital setting Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with residents and families Benefits Tuition reimbursement Employee referral bonus Health, vision, and dental benefits 401(k) with match Employee engagement and culture committee Company-sponsored life insurance Employee assistance program (EAP) resources Woodbine Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a 307‑bed Sub‑Acute and Long‑Term Care facility dedicated to compassionate, quality care.
