Successful applicants must demonstrate: A passion for and experience in electronic systems and/or embedded electronic sub-systems for defense, Space and/or Aerospace applications An technical degree and a background of industry roles in product management, solutions architecture, business development or similar Experience in progressive roles that may include transitioning from technical expertise/engineering to exposure to BD, strategy, customer/client engagement and/or M&A Strong analytical skills and comfort with complex quantitative and qualitative analysis; Curiosity, energy, positivity and the ability to work in teams and in a dynamic environment; hunger to work on projects of utmost consequential strategic value for clients at the top levels of industry Primary day-to-day responsibilities – Defense Electronics Associate Join a leading strategy consulting team to support business development and drive execution of client engagements, provide subject matter input, lead analysts, and report to senior consultants Our client base includes large defense primes and multi-industry conglomerates, to emerging technology firms and high-growth start-ups Distill industry trends, expert opinions, domain expertise and detailed defense budgetary analysis into concise and compelling insights to help advise clients on core strategic issues Deliver/communicate reports and findings to client management and/or executive leadership.
