This is a growth role with an $52,000 - $55,000 base plus per period bonus plan

Noble Crust marks the culinary intersection of fine Italian cooking and Southern ingredients. With a polished yet well-worn vibe and a menu that features locally grown seasonal ingredients, Noble Crust turns traditional Italian dining into a whole new experience.

Restaurant Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager

We want you to have:

2+ years of Full Service Kitchen Management Experience
Polished / Upscale Casual Dining Experience strongly preferred
Previous experience in a from-scratch, culinary driven kitchen necessary
Experience developing culinary-focused local menu options
Ability to train, develop and motivate culinary team members
Experience managing food costs and menu ordering
