Hands-On Leadership – Be on the ground with your team, coaching, mentoring, and solving problems in real time. Lead & Drive – Expect to drive 20-30% of the time to ensure smooth operations and meet demand. Make Quick Decisions – In a dynamic environment, problems will arise. You fix them. Hire, Train & Develop Teams – Recruit, onboard, and build a high-performance team. Manage Performance & Accountability – Set expectations, track results, and take action to improve performance. Ensure 24/7 Coverage – Work with scheduling and dispatch to keep operations running at all times.
