This position supports microbiology laboratory operations at Rice Creek Central, providing technical expertise across Production, Research and Development, Quality, and Compliance activities. The team performs laboratory testing, sample preparation, data collection, and documentation that support product development, manufacturing, and regulatory requirements. This role is located in Rice Creek Central and is fully onsite. Travel may be required locally. The Lab Technician IV performs advanced laboratory and technical support activities, including preparing solutions and reagents, conducting laboratory procedures, collecting and documenting data, and maintaining laboratory operations. This role requires a high level of technical knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform work in accordance with company quality systems and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Prepare routine solutions, reagents, and samples to support laboratory testing and technical procedures.
• Perform laboratory procedures and reactions in accordance with established protocols and quality standards.
• Collect, document, and maintain accurate laboratory data, observations, and records.
• Conduct laboratory support activities including stocking supplies, maintaining equipment, and organizing laboratory workspaces.
• Assemble, arrange, dismantle, clean, and store laboratory apparatus and glassware.
• Analyze compounds and support management of laboratory or corporate compound collections, as applicable.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Support Production, Research and Development, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Environmental activities through technical laboratory expertise.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 8+ years of laboratory, manufacturing, quality, research, or related technical experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience performing microbiology laboratory procedures, sample preparation, or testing activities.
• Experience performing microbiology testing including bacterial endotoxin testing, bioburden and sterility testing, environmental monitoring, and microbial characterization and identification.
• Experience maintaining technical documentation and laboratory records.
• Experience working within quality systems and following established procedures and standards.
• Vocational training, technical certification, or laboratory-related certification.
• Experience supporting medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience with laboratory inventory management, equipment maintenance, or compound management activities.
• Experience supporting Research and Development, Quality, Compliance, or Production laboratory functions.
• Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), or similar regulated quality requirements.

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$59,200.00 - $88,800.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
