This opportunity presents a 13-week assignment in Surgical Services, specializing in the CVOR Tech role. Working with diverse teams will broaden your clinical scope and expose you to innovative surgical practices across adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations. The experience gained in this fast-paced perioperative setting will stand out on your resume, demonstrating adaptability and high-level competence. Schedule:

• Day shifts, 5x8-Hour (08:30 - 17:00)

Qualifications:

• Certified by NBSTSA
• Recent scrub experience within the last year, ideally in CVOR settings
• Experience caring for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
• Strong collaborative and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary scrub tech for cardiovascular operating room procedures
• Ensure optimal instrument setup, sterile technique, and support for surgical teams
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, RNs, and anesthesia providers for seamless perioperative care
• Support instrument and equipment preparation, troubleshooting, and post-procedure processing
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centric care in high-stakes environments
