Marketing Specialist

We have an outstanding opportunity for an early career professional at our Formica Mexico headquarters as a Marketing Specialist.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Implement and execute assigned initiatives such as specific marketing events; coordinate Formica Studio agenda: in collaboration with Sales, set the tour visit sessions.
• Implement and execute merchandising initiatives with key customers, based on the Marketing Plan. Set metrics and tracking. Execute improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with North America Marketing team members, according to the projects assigned (regional collateral & content, such as video campaigns, translations, etc.).
• Support marketing campaigns and product introductions into Mexican Market.
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management or any relevant field
• ~4 years of proven experience in Marketing or Commercial areas
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Problem-solving, analytic, results & action-oriented, teamwork player
• Proven analysis, tracking and follow-up skills
• Demonstrate initiative and adaptability
• Advanced written and spoken English & Spanish
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Available to work either at the Formica facilities and/or Formica Studio and/or remote
• Available for traveling across domestic market, for trade activities including customer visits
• Passion for design and curiosity
• (Eventually) Travel to Formica North America Headquarters in Cincinnati, OH, USA
• Note: This person must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
