Member Services Specialist Interfaith Federal Credit Union -- Montclair, California, United States About this position Key Responsibilities: Handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check cashing and account maintenance Provide accurate product/service information and suggest appropriate IFCU solutions Open new accounts and pursue cross-sell opportunities Maintain service standards, complete assigned duties and support the branch team Qualifications: Bilingual (English + another language) preferred Strong customer service and cash handling skills Basic math, knowledge of debit/credit, familiarity with 10-key Experience in banking/financial services and sales/relationship management Benefits: 401(k) + matching Health/vision/dental/life insurance Accrued vacation/sick time Paid holidays Salary Information $20 - $25 Hourly Wage #J-18808-Ljbffr Interfaith Federal Credit Union
