Senior Associate – Corporate Legal Operations About the Opportunity A globally active investment and advisory organization is seeking a proactive legal operations professional to support its Corporate Legal team. This role will partner across business units on a variety of legal, governance, and operational matters while helping drive organization and efficiency across the department. Key Responsibilities Partner with internal teams and external counsel on corporate legal and operational matters Support legal workflows, documentation management, and process improvements Assist with governance activities, including resolutions, filings, and meeting materials Manage corporate entity administration, including formations, restructurings, and record maintenance Coordinate compliance and regulatory documentation requests, including KYC filings Support transaction execution, document collection, and closing processes Maintain accurate legal records and help manage multiple active projects simultaneously Qualifications 3–6 years of experience within a corporate legal department, financial services environment, professional services firm, or law firm Strong organizational, project coordination, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information Experience with corporate governance, entity management, or transactional support preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Private Equity
