The role involves Developing and executing operational strategies Leading a technical team in testing, commissioning, and system integration Managing P&L, resource planning, quality, safety, and project delivery Building client relationships and vendor partnerships Establishing a new business unit from scratch, including recruiting and training staff Collaborating with leadership to align vision, translate goals, and ensure operational excellence Implementing systems, processes, and KPIs within an EOS framework Key Qualifications 7+ years in power systems testing, commissioning, or utility operations Proven leadership managing teams, budgets, and projects Strong knowledge of protective relaying, automation, and SCADA Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build structure from the ground up Excellent communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills Experience with EOS or similar systems is preferred Responsibilities include Driving business growth, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction Leading team development and ensuring cohesive function Maintaining safety, quality, and technical standards Managing local operations aligned with company vision and KPIs This role offers the chance to shape a new business, lead technical teams, and contribute to a growing national presence within a stable, employee-owned company. #J-18808-Ljbffr RG&T Solutions
