SUCCESS FACTORS (12-18 months)

• Distribution Expertise: You are proficient in using a scanner to track and pick products throughout the distribution center. You ensure that the picking is done accurately and on time resulting in zero defects. FEFO is your World - you understand the importance and impact. Bulk ingredients are received seamlessly and you pay special attention and care with hazardous materials. Even the smallest detail in our customer specifications doesn't get past you. As a master of all processes and equipment, you help train others in these areas. Additionally, you can trouble shoot both new and common problems. As the needs of our operation change, you seamlessly adapt your work to support it. You collaborate with others effectively and prevent errors in the process as a result.
• Attention to Detail: You are comfortable communicating clearly as product moves throughout the Torani campus and receiving raw materials, including materials with various shelf life considerations. For every order you touch, you take a commonsense approach to building perfect pallets. Using your mathematical skills, you consistently cycle count your order to confirm accuracy.
• Safety First: Maintain a safe and enjoyable work environment while striving for zero safety incidents. Looking at work through a lens of safety, you care deeply about the safety of fellow team members and are comfortable addressing any safety concerns. Using your stellar forklift and/or pallet jack driving skills, you safely transport pallets of product from one location to another and faithfully conduct pre-shift inspections.
• Reliability and Commitment: You are respected for delivering on your commitments and your team can count on your stellar attendance. Each day you start your shift aligned with the team in the KPI meetings covering performance, goals and priorities. You stay connected all day so everyone remains on the same page and you share observations and ideas freely to support continuous improvement. You care deeply for others and love to roll up your sleeves and pitch-in so that we always get the job done and delight our customers.
• You Bring the Fun: You show up with a positive outlook and create a ripple effect of joy across the team.

What You'll Bring

• 3 to 5 years of experience working in a warehouse (Min 2 years required, 3-5 years preferred)
• 2 years of forklift driver experience, with current certification (Required)
• Experience with warehouse management systems, utilizing scanner technology and data entry into desktop required
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic and mathematics; required
• Fluent in English for both written and verbal communication
• Driven to learn other aspects of the business, a Team player willing to perform other functions outside of designated role or shift
• M-F, 3rd Shift Shift: 9:00PM - 5:30PM, plus overtime as needed
• Eligible for $1.50 Shift Differential
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand, walk, bend, twist for up to 8 hours

Work Location: San Leandro, 5 days on site at Toraniland: Flavor Factory.

Payrate: $25.05/ hour
