Are you driven, motivated, and ready to take control of your earning potential? Join our roofing team as an Outside Sales Representative. You’ll spend most of your time in the field meeting homeowners and generating sales, with occasional office visits for paperwork, team meetings, and training.
This is a seasonal, commission-based role with uncapped earning potential — top performers can earn $100,000+ per season. A company truck is provided to make your daily work seamless.
We provide full paid training — no prior roofing or sales experience is required. If you’re coachable, hardworking, and motivated, you can thrive in this high-reward career.
