This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks, and has a knack for problem-solving.What You'll Be Doing:Work as part of an integrated strategic claims oversight team responsible for:Workers Compensation SupportReview all new incidents reportedEvaluate and generate claims when appropriateTie incidents to the TPA claims feedTriage all new incidents including investigations with the businessManage all report only and medical only claims to conclusionCoordinate return to work process including job offers, pay, documentation of status in RMIS systemDocumentation for Reasonable Accommodation requestsTrack and document disability periods in RMIS systemTrack and document litigation data in RMIS systemWorkforce planning utilizing ODG guidelines and other resourcesManage WC Claims data for OSHA reportingCommunicate with various stakeholdersAssist with HR ticketsManage team mailboxes as requestedDocument all activity in RMIS systemRMIS Support including management of claims data and tracking of claim KPI'sAutomobile and General Liability Support as neededOther tasks as requiredWhat You Bring to the Table:Good communication skills to be able to coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders and business partnersAbility to work independentlyAbility to prioritize tasksStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsWhat's Needed- Basic Qualifications:1-2 years of business experience, preferably insurance-relatedWe Offer:Inclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource GroupsFlexible PTO (22 days) and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays)Online and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more!
