Your Role: Support agents and customers by providing timely, professional service through phone and email communication. Help process endorsements, renewals, and other policy transactions accurately and efficiently. Review daily reports and use that information to keep work moving smoothly and support service needs. Assist with underwriting projects and pitch in on additional assignments as needed. Build strong working relationships with agency partners and teammates across the organization. Stay organized while managing multiple priorities and maintaining a high level of service. Take ownership of your work, follow through on assignments, and contribute as a dependable team member. We will provide training and support to help you learn and grow with confidence. Familiarity with insurance terminology is a plus, but it is not necessary to get started.
