Location: St Petersburg, FL Compensation: $240,000+ with full benefits

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated Pediatric Primary Care Physician to join our well-established and growing pediatric practice in Florida. Our team of experienced pediatricians is committed to providing exceptional care to children and families in a warm, family-focused environment. We offer a full range of routine pediatric services, including well-child exams, immunizations, and sports physicals, all delivered with personalized attention and care.

Our mission is to ensure every patient receives prompt, high-quality care tailored to their unique needs, while creating a welcoming atmosphere for families and staff alike.

Position Highlights

• Base salary between $215,000 and $230,000, based on experience and board certification
• Annual bonus potential up to $10,000
• Average daily patient volume: 2530 patients
• Supported by a dedicated team including front desk staff, scheduler, certified medical assistant (CMA), and an additional physician (two days per week)

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics
• Active and unrestricted medical license in Florida
