In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by receiving incoming materials, preparing outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do Shipping Pull, prepare, and package materials and products for shipment. Verify shipping documents, labels, and product information for accuracy. Assemble, label, and package products according to customer and company requirements. Stack, band, and stretch-wrap pallets for shipment. Use pallet jacks and material handling equipment to stage shipments and load trucks. Ensure all shipments are prepared safely and on schedule. Receiving Receive incoming deliveries and unload materials using pallet jacks and other equipment. Verify quantities and compare received materials to packing slips and purchase orders. Inspect incoming shipments for damage and report discrepancies to the appropriate personnel. Accurately enter and maintain receiving records. Inventory & Material Handling Match product and serial numbers to company records and databases. Move, organize, and stage materials throughout the facility. Use lifting assist devices and material handling equipment to safely move products. Support inventory accuracy and warehouse organization efforts. Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, manufacturing, or logistics experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer skills for recordkeeping and inventory transactions. Good communication and teamwork skills. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
