Senior Graphic Designer

What we're looking for: We’re looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer with a strong creative eye, excellent craft, and a passion for building compelling brand experiences. You’ll work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, copywriters, strategists, and other designers to bring ideas to life across a wide range of client work. What You’ll Do: Concept and design creative across digital, social, print, experiential, presentations, and integrated campaigns. Translate creative direction and brand strategy into thoughtful, visually compelling design. Develop and evolve visual identities, design systems, and campaign look-and-feel. Collaborate with creative teams from initial concept through final production. Present and articulate design thinking to internal teams and clients. Mentor junior designers and help maintain a high standard of creative craft. Who are you? Someone with 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within an advertising, branding, or creative agency. Someone with a strong portfolio demonstrating excellent typography, layout, visual storytelling, and conceptual thinking. Someone who's an expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and strong working knowledge of Figma. Someone with experience designing across multiple channels and formats. Someone with strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Someone who's collaborative, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
