Quality Assurance Manager

Siegfried seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee all QA operations at its Pennsville, NJ pharmaceutical manufacturing site. The role involves supervising QA specialists, managing product release, conducting audits, ensuring cGMP compliance, and serving as the primary quality liaison across departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 5-10 QA/QS Specialists and manage their performance and training
• Execute product release, approve batches meeting specifications and compliance requirements
• Lead internal and external audits, author audit responses, and manage corrective action plans
• Direct QA resources and workflow coordination with Production and Shipping departments
• Oversee regulatory agency inspections, manage compliance inquiries, and develop risk mitigation strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent technical field
• Five to ten years of Quality Assurance experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Two to five years of leadership or supervisory experience
• In-depth knowledge of cGMP regulations in manufacturing environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project management and interpersonal relationship skills

Compensation: $105,000-$135,000
