Join a physician-owned independent group with 25 MDs and 15 CRNAs. Partnership track available after qualifying period with fee-for-service earnings. Diverse case mix including general surgery, GI, urology, plastics, trauma, and L&D. Manageable call schedule with 3 5 calls per month; trauma call optional. Open to all experience levels including new graduates. Competitive 1099 compensation with W2 structure also available. Sign-on and relocation bonus included. Suburban Dallas location with excellent schools and community amenities.
