We're growing our Louisville team and looking for an experienced installer who takes pride in clean, precise, invisible results.

Position Overview

We're seeking a skilled PPF Install Technician with hands-on experience applying paint protection film. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and has a strong work ethic, a passion for automotive protection, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Quality is non-negotiable here: tucked edges, no contamination, no lift lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality installation of Paint Protection Film (PPF) on various vehicle surfaces.
• Ensure precision cutting, alignment, and seamless application of PPF.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of PPF installation experience is required.
• Experience with brands such as XPEL, 3M, STEK, or SunTek is a plus.
• Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Required

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on PPF installation experience

• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Ability to work on your feet, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license (required to move customer vehicles) and reliable transportation
• Professional attitude and a team-first mindset

Preferred

• 2+ years of PPF experience, including bulk and full-body installs
• Experience with or certification from brands such as XPEL, 3M, STEK, SunTek, or LLumar
• Experience with pattern software (DAP, Pattern Library, or similar)
• Paint correction, ceramic coating, or window tint experience
• A portfolio of past work (photos welcome)

Working Interview Requirement:
All candidates must complete a  working interview to demonstrate their PPF installation skills before a formal job offer is extended.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Occasional Saturdays based on workload
