Front Of House Lead Supervisor

We are hiring immediately for a full time Front Of House Lead Supervisor position. Location: Thomas Aquinas College - 10000 North Ojai Road, Santa Paula, CA 93060. Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full time schedule; Sunday through Saturday, hours may vary. More details upon interview. Requirement: Eight years of catering experience is preferred. Previous fine dining and food service experience is preferred. Pay Range: $25.50 per hour to $30.00 per hour.

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
