Compensation 

• $40.70/hour with an average of 40 hours weekly  
• Time-and-a-half pay after 40 hours
• Safety Bonus Perkz: Potential to earn $875+ per quarter
• Paid bi-weekly through direct deposit

• Home Daily! 
• 4-day, 10-hour rotating schedule
• Multiple shifts available
• Routes within approximately 150 miles of Roanoke, VA 
• Load & unload responsibilities included

Equipment

• Mostly Volvo and Freightliner trucks
  • Fleet refreshed every 3-4 years
• Heil trailers replaced every 6 years
• RollTek and Air-Ride seats
• Outward-facing cameras
• Sirius Satellite Radio
• Automatic transmission fleet
• Governed at 68 MPH 

Responsibilities

• Safely drive to destination in accordance with all federal, state and local regulations and company policies/procedures.
• Accurately complete required documentation.
• Load, transport and unload petroleum products safely.
• Maintain Hours of Service requirements/medical certification in accordance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations.
• Learn and execute other job duties as assigned

Qualifications 

• Must be minimum of 21 years old and eligible to engage in interstate travel
• Must have CDL A license with 4 years’ experience and 260,000 verifiable tractor trailer miles required
• Driving experience within the last 2 years OR within the past 3 years with over 1 million miles required
• Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements required
• Must have a valid DOT medical card or obtain prior to hire
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations 
• TWIC – required at terminal locations post hire
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen 
• Tools & Equipment (Other than general office equipment):
  • Hand tools (hammer, measuring devices, wrench, level, etc.)
  • Motorized Equipment (generators, pressure washer, fork lift, etc.)
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 1 hour and 15-minute commute distance from Roanoke, VA  (average 65 mile radius) or be willing to relocate for this position
