Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Qlik Technical Support Engineer to manage and support the Qlik Sense/QlikView environment, ensure data availability, maintain reporting stability, and resolve production issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Qlik administration, user access, application monitoring, and server health.
Troubleshoot Qlik application reload failures and data refresh issues.
Handle incident triage, prioritization, and resolution.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and outages.
Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, application inventory, and incident records.
Monitor service levels and prepare weekly operational reports.
Coordinate with vendors, business users, and stakeholders.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Qlik Sense and/or QlikView administration.
Experience in production support and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of ITIL incident and problem management.
Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Knowledge of data pipelines, application monitoring, and reload failures.
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
