The Profile: Are You the One?

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of dental office experience is required to understand the nuances of clinical flow, with 2+ years in a professional business office environment preferred.
• Ownership Mentality: You take 100% accountability for the front-office outcome-from the first phone call to the final treatment plan presentation.
• Productivity Mindset: You hate gaps in the schedule and administrative waste. You are constantly seeking ways to maximize office output while ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.
• Technical Proficiency: You must be comfortable with technology; experience with Dentrix is highly preferred.
