Physician - Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist, Per Diem/Casual - Helen DeVos Children's Hospital [...] (Grand Rapids)

Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital is seeking board certified or board eligible child & adolescent psychiatrists on a per diem basis to support our pediatric medical psychiatry unit. This new 12‑bed unit will be the first of its kind in Michigan.

Coverage Opportunities

• Onsite Saturday & Sunday pediatric medical psychiatric unit coverage – admissions and rounding on current patients.
• Offsite weekly overnight call coverage.

Qualifications

• MD or DO.
• BC in Psychiatry and BC/BE in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry (or eligibility).
• Full license in the State of Michigan or ability to obtain one.
• Required certifications: BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) and ACLS if required by specialty.
