Our company has a bright and exciting future, we are committed to your growth and development as part of the Team.Baker Job SummaryPreparing and baking the most delicious bagels and muffins.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and mix doughs and batters, use an industrial oven to bake bagels and muffins, etc.Properly executes all recipe procedures to prepare high quality food products.Prepares a variety of foods with different methods of preparation.Adheres to production and presentation standards to ensure consistency in recipe and cut size.Operates and cleans ovens, sets up, stocks and maintains workstation.Handles knives and operates kitchen equipment.Follows company safety and sanitation guidelines.Completes prep work, sets up stations and communicates ticket times.Work as a team to prepare the restaurant for each shiftActs with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture of the restaurantMaintains regular and consistent attendance and punctualityContributes to a positive team environmentPerforms other job-related duties as assigned.QualificationsYou must be at least 18 years of age.Ability to use commercial kitchen equipment and large mixersAbility to work in a fast paced environmentTeam oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethicAbility to communicate effectivelyAbility to work early mornings, weekends and holidays
