Schedule: Monday – Saturday, with flexibility for non-standard business hours
Compensation: Competitive base pay + performance-based bonuses

As a Sales and Customer Associate at Freedom Rideshare, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to grow within a business operations or fleet management role. SEEKING BILINGUAL (SPANISH) SPEAKER.

HOURS: 9:30 AM - 5PM (Monday - Friday) & 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM (Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Sales & Reservations

• Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls and assist prospective customers with rental inquiries, eligibility requirements, pricing, and general questions.
• Guide customers through app enrollment, account setup, and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist with reservations, vehicle selection, booking, pick-up, and check-out procedures.
• Follow up with prospective customers and help convert qualified leads into completed rentals.

Customer Support & Account Management

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide professional, solutions-focused support.
• Route or escalate customers to the appropriate department, including service, insurance, billing, and collections.
• Assist customers with payments, rental extensions, app-related questions, and account issues.
• Provide guidance regarding routine maintenance, roadside situations, vehicle concerns, and company procedures.
• Process vehicle returns, close out rentals, document vehicle condition, and apply applicable charges to customer accounts.
• Help ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience from initial inquiry through the completion of the rental.

Online CRM & Fleet Management

• Maintain accurate customer records, contracts, payment information, notes, and account statuses within the company CRM.
• Monitor and update vehicle availability and fleet status in real time.
• Track vehicles that are available, rented, undergoing maintenance, damaged, wrecked, impounded, or otherwise unavailable.
• Ensure customer and vehicle records are complete, accurate, and properly documented for other team members.

Operations & Procedures

• Assist with coordinating daily operational priorities, including upcoming reservations, vehicle returns, maintenance needs, customer issues, and outstanding account items.
• Identify operational issues, incomplete processes, or recurring customer problems and communicate them to management.
• As experience develops, assist management with improving workflows and creating greater efficiency within day-to-day operations.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow tasks through to completion rather than waiting for repeated direction.
