Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU

Location

Fort Worth, TX | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to NICU patients, including premature infants, in a high-acuity setting
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to changes in clinical status
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and clinical staff to deliver comprehensive neonatal care
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Adhere to unit protocols and safety guidelines within a Level 2 Trauma facility

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Certification required prior to start
• BLS Certification required prior to start
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Active driver's license required for submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• RNC (Registered Nurse Certified) – Neonatal Nursing certification preferred
• Prior experience in a NICU or high-acuity neonatal care environment
• Familiarity with care of premature infants and complex neonatal conditions
