To learn more about Astrup Companies, go to this link: Qualifications: Required Education/Training/Professional Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D required. 1 to 3 years of Information Systems experience Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Products, Crystal Reports Database experience (SQL, MS Access) MS 365 Admin Center – Email Administration, applying/requesting proper licensing to end users. Understanding of MS Operating systems (Windows Server XXXX, Windows 10, Windows 11) Active Directory maintenance Preferred Education/Training/Professional Experience: Pharmacy experience preferred Position Summary: The IT Specialist position provides technical assistance and support for incomingqueriesandissuesrelatedtocomputersystems,software,andhardware. In addition, the pharmacy has growing needs in data reporting to various internal and external stakeholders. Standout candidates will be excellent problem-solvers, have a wide and varied skill set, and be internally curious and driven to succeed. Licensure/Certification Requirements: Not required Core Competencies & Responsibilities: MonitorandrespondquicklyandeffectivelytorequestsreceivedthroughtheIT helpdesk. Monitor daily performance of computer systems through our internal monitoring software. Support data analytics team with building and running SQL queries. Createstep-by-steptrainingmaterialswithscreenshotsforend users. Ability to work in fast paced environment. Work with software vendors to troubleshoot issues (NewLeaf and 8 x 8) Ask educated questions and listen to customers to determine root cause of issues. Workthrough the problem-solving process with customers, empoweringthem to do the same in the future. Setup new or reload current operating systems on workstations as needed. R eport significant and recurring issues to the tier-2 support team as needed. Complete other duties as assigned.
