Registered Nurse (Observation Unit) Part-Time Job Category: Nursing Requisition Number: REGIS010274 Posted : May 7, 2026 Part-Time On-site Locations Heritage Valley Sewickley Sewickley, PA 15143, USA Description Department: Observation Unit Work Hours: Part-Time, Day/ Evening PT1. Weekends and holidays as assigned. Provides professional nursing care practicing legal nursing responsibilities as indicated by the Nurse Practice Act. For a Graduate Nurse this will be under the supervision of an experienced registered nurse. Requirements Graduate of an accredited professional school of nursing, current Pennsylvania licensure, other state licensure as required and a valid Pennsylvania temporary practice permit for GN. Basic Cardiac Life Support. ACLS (must obtain within 6-month introductory period). Successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 within 90 days of commencing employment. Preferred Bachelor of Science Degree in nursing. Two years of acute care nursing experience and two years of Telemetry experience. Certification in this specialty area.
