We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material handling operations in a manufacturing environment. This role combines warehouse responsibilities with local delivery and pickup duties, ensuring materials and products are accurately received, stored, tracked, and delivered. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced with inventory systems, forklifts, and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using NetSuite and RF scanning systems.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
• Load, unload, stage, and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Perform local pickups and deliveries of products, parts, and materials.
• Maintain shipping documentation and inventory records.
• Keep warehouse, shipping, and receiving areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers regarding shipments and inventory needs.
• Maintain vehicle logs and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance as required.

Qualifications

Required

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience.
• Forklift operating experience.
• Experience with inventory control and cycle counting.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to perform local deliveries.
• Proficiency using RF scanners and inventory management systems.

Preferred

• Experience using NetSuite or a similar ERP system.
• Manufacturing or production environment experience.
• Customer service experience related to deliveries or logistics operations.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
