As a growing, forward-thinking organization, we're looking for a dedicated Human Resource Intern to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you'll support key HR functions, partner closely with leaders, and help create a positive employee experience across the organization.What You'll Do:Assists with planning and coordinating recruitment activities.Assists with job postings and interview scheduling.Assists with sourcing candidates and may participate in interviews.Enters and maintains accurate employee data.Develops employee benefit communications and materials.Participates in planning and executing employee recognition events and appreciation activities.Assists with HR related research, presentations, and process improvement projects.Participates in additional HR projects based on department needs.Maintains confidentiality.What You Bring:Currently pursuing degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Strong attention to details and organizational skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Basic proficiency with MS Office, TeamsStrong communication skills (verbal and written.)Initiative and desire to learnFor more than 80 years, AKRS Equipment Solutions® has proudly served farmers, ranchers, homeowners, and commercial customers by combining the trusted performance of John Deere equipment with industry-leading expertise, exceptional service, and unwavering support.
