General Manager / Site Manager – General Manager Location: Louisville, KY | Type: Full-Time | Reports To: District Manager We’re looking for an experienced, hands‑on leader to manage our high‑volume express car wash. As General Manager/ Site Manager you will oversee daily operations, lead a team of 10–15 employees, and drive performance across customer service, membership sales, and facility maintenance. Training & Certification (3–6 months) You’ll receive hands‑on training covering operations, team leadership, customer recovery, and preventive maintenance. Certification is based on performance in key KPIs, operational standards, and leadership readiness, after which raise eligibility begins. What You’ll Do Lead with Purpose – Manage daily operations with a focus on excellence, accountability, and team development. Coach & Grow Your Team – Hire, train, and provide regular feedback and growth opportunities. Own Peak‑Hour Execution – Monitor traffic flow and weather conditions to optimize staffing and keep guests satisfied. Protect & Maintain Our Facility – Ensure the site is clean, safe and operating at peak performance through preventive maintenance. Drive Performance – Monitor KPIs, manage labor costs, maintain capture rates, and execute business strategies that hit goals. Grow Memberships – Coach team to deliver effective pitches, improve conversion, and maintain strong service standards. Own the Admin – Handle scheduling, payroll, hiring, and documentation accurately. Champion Safety & Compliance – Ensure all procedures and policies are followed. Be the Culture – Lead by example, live the SpeedWash values, and build a positive, high‑energy environment.
